Accuracy of Submission
The applicant, named above, confirms that the information provided in this application is accurate and that they are authorized to submit this application on behalf of their company.

Demo-Ready Product and Testing Support
If selected, our company will provide demo-ready products and reasonable technical support required for pre-show testing, validation, and setup in accordance with the Innova Technology Awards schedule.

Use of Media and Branding Assets
Our company grants Innova Machine Tool permission to use our company name, logos, product images, and demo footage for promotional, editorial, and educational purposes related to the Innova Technology Awards, including pre-show, on-site, and post-show content.

Application Acknowledgement

All Applications must be submitted by March 15, 2026.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and selected partners will be notified no later than April 15, 2026.
Once approved, an Innova representative will schedule an engineering coordination call to discuss part details, machining parameters, and logistics.

Program Timeline Acknowledgment
I understand that, if selected, my company must ship demo-ready product and related tooling/fixtures to Innova no later than July 1, 2026, and participate in pre-show engineering coordination calls.

Live Demonstration Participation
If selected, our company will provide a representative to participate in the live demo segment on stage for up to 15 minutes at pre-set times each day of the IMTS show. Participation may include brief technical commentary or discussion of the product in use during the demonstration cycle.

Award Recognition and Promotion
If selected and awarded, our company agrees to reference and promote receipt of an Innova Technology Award in our IMTS-related marketing and communications, including digital, social, and booth materials, where appropriate.

Post-Show Media Participation (Optional)
Our company understands that Innova may request a short post-show interview or commentary related to our participation. Participation in post-show media activities is optional and subject to mutual availability.
